Mentor / Mentee Overview & Process

Mentor must meet criteria (transaction minimums, training completion)

Sign a mentorship agreement, set goals, schedule regular meetings

Mentors help with live deal coaching, role-plays, paperwork review, strategy

Mentorship applies to first few transactions, with defined terms
