Licensed in 2003, Doug Finney has been serving NW Ohio as the Regional Partner and Broker for the Findlay/Lima office of Key Realty. He was licensed as a salesperson in 2003, as a broker in 2017, and has been with Key Realty since 2012. Doug entered real estate after serving in local Christian ministries for 10 years. His work history ranges from bartender to children’s pastor and from factory work to teaching English as a second language. Doug grew up in Mattoon, Illinois, spent a year as a foreign exchange student in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and has lived in Findlay, Ohio since 1986. He spent 6 years in the Infantry with the Ohio National Guard and has traveled extensively.
Doug says, “My diverse personal background and work history have taught me to communicate well and understand various individual needs, desires, and aspirations. I’ve been fortunate enough to experience a lot and can identify with many different people.” When working with him, Doug will take the time to get to know your needs and goals, then he will work with you to achieve your objectives. Communication is a primary focus. “Coaching, training, and mentoring is one of the best parts of working with my agents,” says Doug. “And I like to serve my clients in much the same way, providing them with the knowledge and information that will help them achieve their real estate objectives.”
I began my mortgage career in 2001 and quickly realized I had a passion for helping people create wealth through homeownership. Now with more than 20 years of experience I continue to serve my customers, referral partners, and my team with compassion, integrity, and education.

When I am not at work you will find me riding horses at local rodeos/barrel races and spending time with my family at our little farm.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, cooking, and spending time with her dog.
