Brent Rickards is the Principle Broker for the state of Indiana. Prior to accepting this role, Brent held the same position with Fathom Realty. He opened Indiana for Fathom in August of 2019 and grew the state to over 170 agents in 7 different MLSs. He was the only director in the country to receive the top awards for Transactions per Agent, Agent Growth and Agent Attach Rate in the same year and did so 3 consecutive years. Brent is a member of several Real Estate Boards and MLSs across the state and continues to transact a few deals each year to keep his finger on the pulse of the industry. This hands-on approach provides him a firsthand understanding of the shifting dynamics which are prevalent in the industry and allows him to help his agents navigate their own businesses with practical knowledge and insight. Brent’s passion is serving other agents and helping them achieve their goals no matter how big or small. His goal for Indiana is to attract and retain high character and high producing agents who understand that “A rising tide lifts all boats”.

Prior to getting into real estate, Brent owned 2 sales and marketing consulting businesses and also spent 5 years as an executive recruiter. He and his wife are active members in their local church, enjoy travel and various sports.
